There has been some recent confusion in the industry regarding blank-firing weapons and the considerable amount of blank ammunition available for use.

There are generally two types of blank ammunition used in the entertainment industry:

1. Blank ammunition manufactured using industry approved powders, brass and primer components for motion picture, law enforcement and military clients.

2. Blank ammunition manufactured outside of the United States for use in imported Zinc-alloy stage prop firearms. Common calibers include 8mm, 9mm and .380 CAL. These are shorter in overall length than a industry blank cartridge and are commonly referred to as “Stage Blanks”. These should NEVER be interchanged with the more common blank ammunition used in REAL, MODIFIED blank-firing weaponry.

We carry BOTH lines of blanks—so to ensure you receive the correct cartridge for your prop firearm, please discuss your needs and inspect the intended prop firearm for inscriptions denoting the correct caliber. This will assist us in accurately and SAFELY supplying your blank ammunition needs to save time and money.

Our machines manufacture these products in-house, allowing us to maintain a high standard of quality. We currently serve the motion picture, television, theme park, and domestic law enforcement markets.

We proudly utilize the 6-point star tip — eliminating the need for a wad in ANY of our brass casings for pistol, revolver, or rifle blank ammunition calibers.
