Boland Production Supply Catalog and Website do not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry any specific item on the website according to federal, state or local laws.

 

As a dealer, Boland Production Supply does not grant the legal right or authorize the purchase or possession of items that may be regulated in your state or municipality. These items include, but are not limited to, machetes, replica or blank firing guns, slingshots, air guns, bows, crossbows, knives, swords, electronic stun guns, chemical or personal defense sprays, or other restricted / prohibited items. A person placing an order warrants that he or she is an adult (18 years or older) and is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under all applicable federal, state and local laws. Adult signature required when your package is delivered.

 

All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, Title III, USC, Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. If you are in doubt, consult your local and state laws before ordering.
