A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee may be applied to all returns. We will not accept any blank ammunition, nor any merchandise that has been opened, is returned in poor condition, or was a special/custom order. To ensure compliance with applicable shipping regulations, please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS.

COMPANY CHECK/MONEY ORDER/CASHIER’S CHECK

We accept checks drafted on company accounts, money orders, or cashier’s checks (U.S. financial institutions only). A $35.00 fee will apply for all returned checks. Personal checks are accepted using only FedEx C.O.D. service. See C.O.D. SERVICE below for more information. Merchandise will ship upon payment check verification.

C.O.D. SERVICE

Utilizing Federal Express, we offer a C.O.D. option to our clients who need to pay using a personal check at time of delivery. A $10.00 fee per shipment applies. Sorry, no blank-firing weapon purchases or rentals can make use of this service.

OPEN CREDIT ACCOUNT

An open credit account is available to our clients upon approval. Please request an application to be sent to you. Upon approval and account maturity, terms of Net 30 Days will be offered. Please note current account terms are Net 10 Days for all prop rentals applied to open accounts. Transactions processed as Net Accounts transferred to Credit Card account for payment shall be assessed a convenience fee equal to 6% of the invoice total.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept AMEX/VISA/MC for your convenience. Please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to (863) 318-1116, prior to paying with a credit card. We will require the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, the current billing address, full card number with expiration date and the security verification code for the credit card.
